CrowdStrike 24 hour of Spa winner Dylan Medler preparing for second half of the 2026 racing season

Medler's focus will be on securing podiums in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup and on winning the Italian GT Endurance Championship.

Notably, Medler

• Claimed a hard-fought Silver Cup class win at the legendary 24 Hours of Spa, highlighting his exceptional skills behind the wheel of a Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo.

• Secured an impressive comeback victory from 11th on the grid at the Misano season opener, helping lead the Italian GT Endurance Championship standings in the PRO class, demonstrating his competitive edge in top-tier endurance racing series.

• Hauled a clean sweep of pole positions, fastest laps, and race wins during his SRO GT America debut at the Miami International Autodrome.

• Earned the prestigious Richard Mille Award for speed, precision, and professionalism awarded to him during the Miami F1 race weekend.

• Showed exceptional performance in his first DTM test at the Nürburgring in preparation for a possible DTM entry in 2027.

• Won race two of Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli at Le Mans, which was a wonderful conclusion to his three years of Ferrari Challenge dominance.

• Raced with Alessandro Balzan in the International GT Open at Paul Ricard in the PRO Class, displaying his competitiveness in pro level GT racing.

After a break from racing which Medler spent cruising between Cale di Volpe, Sardinia, and the South of France, in the company of other top pro race car drivers, Medler is back at preparing for the second half of the 2026 European racing season which will see him race at the Nürburgring, Imola, Portimao, and Mugello.

The second half of the season, will focus on fighting for podiums in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup and on winning the Italian GT Endurance Championship.

We caught up with Medler during his summer break and he noted: “I had a nice break from racing during which I had a chance to meet with other drivers, team principals, and some of my sponsors in a relaxed atmosphere developing several projects for the 2027 season. In the meantime my team Rinaldi Racing has worked incredibly hard over the summer to give me the best car possible for the remainder of the 2026 season. We will be fiercely focused on securing victory in the Italian GT Championship.”
